How do I get started?
If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, osteoarthritis, cancer or health challenges that involve your heart, lungs or mental health, you may qualify to join the program. You could also qualify if you think you might face one or more of those issues. Call us on 02 8604 3567 or email wellness@cbhscorp.com.au to discuss your individual circumstances.
How do the programs work?
All of our health programs are personalised, one-on-one phone-based coaching from health care specialists. They supply you with the individual guidance and care you need to make demonstrable changes in your quality of life.

A personal Care Coordinator who will help you with equipment and appointment scheduling
