70 years strong | An innovative health insurer
Our parent fund has built a 70-year loyal following and now through CBHS Corporate, you can receive industry leading health insurance, telehealth services and generous annual limits.
Children are covered under Family or Sole Parent policies up until the age of 18. After that, it’s time to think about how they may be able to stay covered with CBHS Corporate.
Selected CBHS Corporate policies allow you to include dependants based on certain requirements. Here’s how we define dependants:
A child, stepchild or foster child under the age of 18 who normally resides with a policy holder.
A child, step child or foster child of a policy holder who is not married or living in a de facto relationship, is over 18 but under 25, and is a full-time student at a school, college, or university or a first or second year apprentice.
A child, step child or foster child of a policy holder who is not married or living in a de facto relationship, is over 18 but under 25, and is not a Student Dependant.
Child Dependants — can remain on any Family or Single Parent cover up until the age of 18.
Student Dependants — can remain on any Family or Single Parent cover up until the age of 25 at no additional cost. To do this, you must declare the student status of your dependant. Simply log in to the Member Centre and select ‘Student Declaration’ under the “My Account” tab, and follow the instructions provided.
Non-Student Dependants — can be included on all available covers up until the age of 25 at an increased premium.
