What is gut health?

Gut health refers to the balance of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria in our gut. Most of the bacteria, fungi and viruses that live in our bodies are found in our gut. They produce many of the chemicals that affect our mood, and imbalances in gut bacteria are associated with various diseases.
